Matthew T. McNally is an experienced criminal trial attorney that specializes in two types of cases: Drugs and DUI’s.
Mr. McNally was born and raised in Atlanta. After graduating from Georgia State Law School, he began his 5-year career as an Assistant District Attorney. The first 3 years were in the Coweta judicial circuit where he handled cases in Carroll, Coweta, Heard, Meriwether and Troup Counties. In 2004, Mr. McNally began his two years as an Assistant District Attorney in Cobb County.
During his years as an attorney, Mr. McNally has handled over 1,000 criminal cases. He has successfully tried over 40 jury trials to verdict- from Murders to White Collar Crimes to DUI and Drug Trials. He has the experience of over 100 probation revocation hearings, motions to suppress and bond hearings. Mr. McNally has also written several criminal defense appeals.
